Icons question

So I was able to somehow create my own theme, not create I just got a theme and edited everything I want with Photoshop but I have one question.
I have some icons that I wanna create that the creator of theme didn't edit, how can I do that?
Let's say for the app "BytaFont" after I design the icon where can I put it in the theme's folder to make it active and change the BytaFont icon on my phone?
Can any1 help please?

Place it in the themes icon folder. It must be saved as a .png and the name has to be exactly as it is spelled on the springboard. Caps included.

the folder that I put the icon in has to be as the app spelled? I tried that for BytaFont and it worked thank you so much
I'm trying it now for this last app I want the icon to change, the app is "Tlert" I did the exact same I did for BytaFont but It's not changing! Is there another trick for different apps or am I missing something?
Thank you

some apps must go into bundles folders like for instance ifile goes bundles/eu.heinelt.ifile then inside that you add your icon.png

When you ope the Theme folder there are other folders in there. One folder will be named Icons. That is where you put all of your icons. You don't name the Folder the icon name. Just the icons in the folder themselves. I'll try and upload some screen shots. in just a minute to give you an idea.

---------- EDIT ----------

Yes themeing can be a job. As some Icons on the springboard are located in defferent folders. The small battery on the top bar is in the UImages Folder. The Big battery when you plug it in is in the Bundles/com.apple.springboard folder. And if you want to theme an app it really gets crazy as it can be hit or miss depending on the iphone model and IOS that you are running. The iPhone 4 with it's retina display and IOS 4.2.1 is a big switch on the themes. A lot of the icons have to be resized, and that can break down the quality of the image.

I know, that's what I've been usually doing, but some icons aren't changed by the theme creator and you have to create their folders in the bundle folder and that's what I'm not able to do. some apps have the folder name "com.eg.eg" while cydia is I think com.saurik.cydia so they change depending on the app.
and I can't seem to find the name i should put for the app I want

---------- EDIT ----------

I recently found that not all the themes have the folder "Icons" to put the icon pics in them, they have the bundles folder that you can change and of course the UImages that you can change as well. All I'm trying to do is change an icon for an app that the theme creator didn't change, and I can't seem to pull it off lol
I really appreciate your help thou Thank you!

Is it just Tiert that your trying to change or is there more. Sometimes they slap a number or a symbol at the end of the Icon name like OldBooth+ The + would have to be there too. For the life of me I have yet to figure out how to change the bookmarks Icon on the springboard. Ive been working on that but still havn't found the right files and folder combo to use.

For this theme that I'm using right now, I only want to change Tlert.
I was able to create a new icon for BytaFont but it's not working for Tlert, should I try to create a folder in the bundles for Tlret? And if so, does com.Tlret.app will be the folder name see this is when it becomes confusing for me lol when I need to create folders in the bundles folder
