Id be very carefull in what you install out there,make sure you get the files from a trusted sources as there is already a fake cfw out and about.

sorry, that feature isnt out yet... to my knowledge. i think you need the disc in but after it uses the disc, it should use the hdd

if they update, you could prolly wait a day or two and just update and re-crack. im not sure how this ps3 works, but the exploit they found is for life... like the iphones. also, they can sign their own firmwares now too... so if say 3.56 comes out, then they can make a pkg that would just tell the ps3 that its on it and give the smae sign ps3 would give it... making it seem to be on 3.56 and allowing you on psn.

but again, im new to this, so im not 100% on that info but i know its something like that. in short though, sony cant stop the jailbreaks now[color="#d3e009"]

did you try /gamez (or is it /games) i cant remember. but multiman is nice.

i havent used a ftp server, whats the point in using one? is it just if you dont have a disc or flash drive/external hdd?

Wel it use to be lua12345/games/gamesname i think that was be fore. When i kb my ps3 using iphone 2g. I need to do some search where do dump games uisng ftp.

if the game supports it, then it should be able to.

theres a backup manager being worked on now that i read about that will allow disc-less boots.

backup manager works for me. saved black ops and assassins creed and runs great. even online play.
