i think it is possible by just copying that xxx.app folder n then if u want that jailbroken app just copy that xxx.app again to applications folder using i-funbox n then comes d main part to set the permissions to 775 using winscp or pc suite!

now converting .deb to .ipa would be good to do because I can code sign the app to put it on my 4s since no jailbreak is possible.

Converting Cydia apps to ipa files

It is actually quite simple to convert .deb files to .ipas. Before you start, let me mention that it only works if the cydia tweak you want to convert is an app. As in, it needs to be an application in order to convert. Without further ado, here's how:
1. Download the deb file ONTO YOUR DESKTOP. Simply installing it on a jailbroken iPod and copying it off may not work.
2. Download dpkg or another tool that can unarchive Debian files. Idk if 7-zip can do this, it is best to use a tool such as muCommander that works on all OS'es.
3. Unarchive the Debian file (the .deb file).
4. Unarchive the .tar.gz you get.
5. Browse the directory created for a .app file. If there are multiple, repeat the following steps with each.
6. Put the .app file in a directory named "Payload". The name should be exactly that, without the quotes.
7. Zip the "Payload" directory.
8. Rename the resulting zip file into yourname.ipa
9. Double-click the ipa in order to add to iTunes.
You will need to either codesign, or have AppSync to install.

The same can be done with the applications installed from the appstore. It copies the app eg twitter from \ var \ mobile \ application with iFanbox to your PC. Then it take twitter.app folder and put it in the folder that is created: Payload. It will be archived with zip and then change the name of what is desired and the extension from .Zip file to .IPA

You guys are talking about two different things. If you want to codesign or pseudo-sign, there are two ways you can do this:
1. With a jailbroken ipod, install ldid in Cydia. SSH into your phone, place the app you want to pseudo-sign in the root apps directory, and then use mobileterminal to ldid -S/path/to/app/goes/here/but/dont/remove/the/-S/part/that/comes/before
2. If you want to codesign on a computer, you NEED a mac or linux computer. If you don't have one, ask a friend or family member, or use a virtualbox to install linux. Install the codesign command (if you're on a Mac, it is installed by default), create a certificate, and then run a codesign force sign using terminal. Google is an amazing resource if you need help.
