i enabled mms on 2g running 3.13.. can do everything except

after 3 days of trying to get mms on 2g . running 3.13. i finally got it installed and tried to send out the mms and it wants to go through but as soon as the sending bar is almost done i get the red ! and it tell me my message could not be sent and to try again or cancel!!! so close yet so much of a dam headache!!!! SOS plz someone help me and thank you to those who respond and take the time to help me out i appreciate it :0

If your on ATT it has to be enabled on ATT's end. They wont do it for a 2G. It will work on t-mobile though.
