TinyUmbrella & Win7 64bit

I have downloaded the latest (4.21.05) TinyUmbrella for Windows 7 (64bit) and it does not start on my PC.
Is there anybody know the reason or a solution? Thanks!

Run TinyUmbrella under Administrator if you have not already done so.

Have you updated java to th latest version? Check it at Oracle | Hardware and Software, Engineered to Work Together.

I have downloaded from the TinyUmbrella HOME page, under "Quick links"
I did it several times to check if the problem is with the download itself.

If I am launching the .exe, there is nothing happens.
If I am running it as an Administrator, the followin message appears:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

And I am logged is as Admin, so 100% I have admin rights.

I have the latest Java, just checked.

---------- EDIT ----------

Just managed to check the same version on a PC, which have Win7 32bit installed.
It is working fine on this machine, so maybe an issue with the 64bit Windows and TinyUmbrella?
