Error Uninstalling!

Hi guys, I'm a newbie as you can see.

I've downloaded a few apps from the SiNful repo and theyre very handy.. but some of them are no use to me so I've tried to uninstall them.

I have cydelete installed but when I try to uninstall (basically hold the icon and tap on cross) I get the Error message.. Error uninstalling "com.sinfuliphone.iblacklist" failed to uninstall

I've even tried to uninstall it from cydia, it resprings and the app shows up again... Any solutions will be much appreciated. Thanks

I'm not even sure that Cydelete works with 3.1.2 FW. Your best bet would be to load up Cydia and uninstall them from there.

If you lack enemies, you're not doing something worthwhile!

I've tried uninstalling from cydia as well but it wont work. It gets stuck onto the respring and I have to force the reboot.

The only app I can imagine causing this problem is PkgBackup and I cant event uninstall that. I really dont know what to do as I'd really like to ridd off a few apps

Go into ifile and remove the directory entirely. then you can use cydelete to remove the app icon. This worked fopr me.

Go to Cydia, press the installed app, press on Filesystem Content, note the installed files and remove them using iFile or an SSH program like WinSCP. Make sure you delete only these files, nothing else, otherwise you might go in trouble. Reboot. Back on Cydia and check if it is still installed. If so, press uninstall now (this doesn't always happen to leave the uninstall option in Cydia). The program icon should be gone now. I repeat: Don't delete any other file, you might brick you iDevice, don't blame me if you do.

You Can't "brick" any idevice trust me ive done everything to all sorts of them and the worse you can do is mess up the firmware which is a simple fix using restore ^.^

Depends an what device you're on, what fw, etc. It's really easy to make it a doorstop. Just give me one, I'll cripple it in 10 seconds.
I don't think you fully got my point. I'm warning anyone not to do something he'd regret
I do understand what you mean, it's not harmful for the hardware, but firmware-wise, if you fuck it up you're gonna have to restore, but what if there's no way atm?
