For some reason everytime i delete an Bookmark which is on my springboard it comes back once i respring or turn off my ipod touch and then turn it back on.
Also everytime i load up the application store the search i did a fiew weeks ago keeps comming up hiven tho ive canceled the search and searched for other things. Its not a big problem just its really annoying when using multitasking to download several applications at once becouse the search for "Gameloft" just shows back up on screen.

Have you tried reinstalled your current firmare? Maybe when you upgraded your iPod, it had a bugs in it. Try it again and maybe it'll fix it. If not then it must be the jailbreak it's self. If you want, you can upgrade to 4.2.1 and get the Greenpois0n JB for it.

Solved the bookmark one!! it was something to do with the old jb i was using limera1n 4.1...
But still cant figure out the application store part... :s
