Edit YouTube History

Is there any app or tweak in Cydia that allows you to delete individual entries from the stock YouTube app's history? Similar to the Phone apps standard behavior, you can only clear your whole history in the YouTube app. I'm looking for an equivalent to the Cydia app Recent/CallLog Delete, but for the YouTube history instead of the recent calls list.
Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Get a youtube account and instead of keeping a history to keep up with your fav youtube videos add them to your fav via your youtube account.

I already have a YouTube account, and have tagged many favorite videos. But I try to mark only the best as favorites so as to not clutter my list too much. And yes, I've made playlists, too.
But sometimes its nice to be able to find something you looked at in your history even if you haven't marked it as a favorite. I don't want to clear the whole history, but I would like to remove some of the... crappier... things I've watched from the list.

I do appreciate your responses bbkiller, but a second account does not solve the issue. Does anyone else have any insight on a way to delete individual items from the history in the YouTube app?
