Iphone 4 No imei , no iccid , no bb
Hi people ,
I just bought an iphone 4 from someone , i know the unlock will be release soon and the offer was good (now i realize why ) so when i arrive home i start playing with it when i saw that imei iicid and bb nr are missing , made a restore , but nothing has changed (at the moment i cant upload a pic). So if someone can help me with a solution i'll be gratfull .

sorry for that mate.it's probably a hardware issue.
but did you restore it to a stock ipsw?and what errors did you occur?

try but says about the sim card .... , now it has 4.1.2 like in the moment i bought , activated , jailbreaked , with progs installed but not functionally with No Service status .

umm sorry to say I had one like that and apple said it was something to do with the JB messing up the files system (seems like a dodgy answer to me). But yeah I never had any success in getting it working so I sold it for spares.

I know apple employee Iphone was activate without SIM card thru their database, my friend work at apple and his phone dont require SIM card to work, just a though.

Your phone must have imei etc numbers, open the phone app and dial *#06# that should display imei, if it does not id say its fucked, all i can suggest is restore it again.

try to restore on stock fw 4.2.1 and jailbreak with gp
then tell us if it works

it says no sim installed?and it's a stock 4.2/4.1 restore?

it means you restored to stock fw sucessfully and you can't hacktivate invalid sim or sim card not supported.
just when you restored sucessfully just run gp rc6 and use redsn0w b6 to hacktivate and you are done
just try this and tell what happened

Did you restore in DFU Mode? It is important that do it in DFU. Good Luck.

it was not from china since i can make restore from itunes and itunes recognize it , anyway just sold it and now i have a new i4 from vodafone , and with this i want to tell everyone to check very well when buy something !!! and thank all of you mates who try to help .

I've never seen stock firmware / baseband change the IMEI. Changing the IMEI is illegal in most countries, although it is quite easy to do on most phones. I wouldn't recommend being caught with one, the only exception is all zeros.
