stuck on activation screen

i tried numerous attempts to unlock my buddys iphone 2g
i tried installing the custom firmware 6 since he will be using it with tMobile
i ran blackra1n after updating the firmware
still stuck in the activation screen

i really dont want to register his iphone to my account to activate it then run blackra1n any help will be appreciated
i didthe activate thru my account for my sister's 2g but got screwed outta MMS for a few days til i went to the AT&T store

Try rebooting it and then plug it into ur computer again if it starts to try and sync then stop it then it should be fixed

no sync the phone was never activated
i get the WELCOME TO YOUR NEW IPHONE SCREEN

Then activate it wig ur iTunes acount but after that's done restore it that will forget the iTunes account

You can restore it again and use Redsn0w to jealbreak/unlock it alot easier, if you are not familiar with custom fw or Blackra1n. Hope this help.

i did the blackra1n got the phone running
now its the jailbreaking
do you know if blacksn0w does the same work as bootneuter
because its giving it me issues

dude just use the custom ipsw here from sinful. it's already unlocked........Done!

black snow and bootnueter are not the same i recomend not playing around with bootnueter cause it can seriously fuck up ur buddys iphone but u should try restoring with itunes and then downlaod redsnow 9 and jailbreak it that way allot easier hope this helps
