Sending audio files thru mms

ok i have several phones and i was always able to select any file to send thru text message. I got and iphone and i can send pics or voice memos i record but how in the hell can i send a audio file via mms i always get pics with music and i cant even foward those

There is no support for it that I am aware of.

Audio files can be sent with Swirlymms

of course you can send audio files, i send and receive with no problems.
you cant send 2 audio files at once but you can forward up to 500 text msgs and pictures at once.

i record them using vmemos then send as mms. if you guys talkin about songs there is a new app in the appstore called ifiles i think it let you send songs( i didnt try it yet).

first no mms now we cant send audio clips......apps for everything under the sun but we cant send audio clips.....wtf

Just use Voice Memos and then select the memo and send it via MMS.

i wanna use a audio clip i found on the net that is stored on my phone.....how in the holiday whoobie whatty do i use voicememo to send that......????? HUH???? HUH

you cant send files with mms through ifile or with the help of ifile.

You can however send audio files that someone sends to you via mms.

I do it all day....email the file to your number@mms.att.net or xxx-xxx-xxxx@mms.att.net then just forward it to whoever as a text.

You would think the iPhone would be capable of sending an audio file. My old Pantech Matrix could do it. Hope Apple fixes this. :S
