Hardcore Security to Stop Police Getting in??
Hi peeps,
So the police have a thing about arresting me at the moment and today they got into my phone and read my text messages with the native passcode on, androidlock on, ssh off, iProtect on and the phone off when they took it.
So how much more can I do to stop them reading my msgs?
Cheers guys
Dale

I dont want to give away all my secrets but I don't use real names in my phone so if someone does steal it or breaks into it they will have to have all of my numbers memorized so that they can tell who I am texting. He are some examples..
He who shall not be named

They make a tweak to lock every app with a different security code, and if that doesn't work............delete delete delete . In the same respect , stop texting the goods bro. Call and talk code and let maaafukkas know you don't text the business. No one can tell you how to stay low profile, it's something you learn from being caught in the daylight too much sir. Handle yo business before someone handles you ya dig.

Goddamn fucking Cops ..
Well if you aint a hardcore gangster i think the already mentioned secret options are enough . If they want to get the infos for some reason , they get the infos , no madder what you do ,or tryen to hide.
Maybe even deleting isnt a help if the deletion works like windows deleting , the "deleted files " are restoreable .Windows only deletes the filepath's not the files to be deleted..
Dunno so much about osx and iphones using a smaller version from Osx..

I haven't done it but I have read up on it and they say you can pull deleted messages off of your phone up to your last backup from what I read. I haven't tried it just read about it so you know how that goes.

Did you give your phone to them freely or was it taken. Did they have a warrant to take it and access your personal data.
I'm not sure of the laws back in the UK these days but I thought they couldn't without the above.
If they can then use coded messages with your friends, don't use real names as mentioned.
These days all conversations and messages are easy to get even if you try to hide or remove.
Maybe a factory reset just before they break down your door or pick you up might help.
If in the shit big style nuke it in the microwave.

Iv never had a full body search so maybe I could hide the phone between my buttocks

Dude, the native passcode system is shit to sya the least, anyone can plug the iPhone into a computer and with the right software (modified version of iPhone Explorer), simply delete the pass.db file on your device, unlocking parental controls, passcodes etc. iProtect works the same way. All these 'security' applications do not actually secure your data, only add a minor GUI that looks like it secures something. I suggest that you encrypt the data on your phone and based from what I'm reading it's text messages. Snoop around and I think you'll find something that offers strong encryption

I have to say, when I first saw this OP last night, I thought this was just a crazy post to generate some good laughs (I mean, if they really want you, they'll find this also) so I posted a wise-ass crack about changing your game instead of your device.
As I thought about it though, I got to thinking this might be for real and so I came back and deleted it (see PM from last night).
I think the bottom line is, you're not going to get that kind of security on an iDevice any time soon - that's why it hasn't been adopted in gov and similar institutions. Leaves two options:
1) Change your device to something with a focus on security (still vulnerable, just tougher).
2) Change your activity which demands this type of security (similar to last night).
Anyway, I don't trust apple to give me decent iOS upgrade without having issues so I surely wouldn't trust them to keep me out of jail
Stay low and good luck,
-ipadlvr.

I don't ever give to much on a text just places to meet up then talk. Usually I know who wants what. Most people I deal with usually do the same thing every time.
