It's not fake, it's actually the raw exploit. Meaning that since it is only the exploit, it's not been packaged into a jailbreak tool yet, so web if someone were to miraculously decrypt the password for the zip file, majority of iDevice owners would have absolutely no idea whatsoever how to actually jailbreak an iPhone with the raw exploit. Ionic did this to frustrate us, but it won't be much longer til it's packed into Redsn0w and PwnageTool.

this might have done to create a state of panic among idevice holder as thousands of them are waiting for untethered jb hope dev team would soon release the panic by officially providing tools for untethered jb
