Memory missing

I dont know if anyone else is having this issue but im noticing i am having to use SBsetting free memory every day. For about 2 weeks My free memory has been around 88 or 90 mb and everything is running slow. i first noticed it after i had installed and uninstalled Disable daemons. Not sure if it has anything to do with it . I used to hover between 115 and 125mb sometimes more. I dont have anything running in the background, except mail and phone. . i am running 3.1.2.
Does anyone else have this issue.
I dont want to restore but i am thinking it may be the best thing
Thanks in advance for the replies

um yeah i know , I do have a lot of music and movies i have a lot of apps for business as well, That is why i am not sure what i did that i am slowing down so much, i noticed the last couple of day i went back up to 109mb and hovering around there , So maybe it is correcting itself. i also now realize that when categories updated these issues started happening that is why i wanted to see who else was having probems.

guys music, movies dont eat your memory, its the cydia apps, sources, mobile substrate addons, sbsettings addons and more that eat some of the memory available on your device.
installous+ifile+dtunes+cydelete+multiflow all together eat about 30 mb.
you know you are a geek when your car cost $500 and your computer $5000.
