Carrier Not Available

Just updated to 4.2.1 on my iPhone 4 from 4.1. Unlocked with Ultrasnow but my carrier is not listed as 'Not Available' where on 4.1 it was listed as 'Carrier 8.0'. and also my cellular networks tab is gone again!

Whats your baseband? Anything above 1.59bb can be unlock w/ultrasnow.

2.10...buy a gevey sim to unlock.

Next time search first b4 posting. Its been posted 5 zillion times

I tried searching nothing came up. I preserved my bb with snowbreeze 01.59.00. Seems there isn't a carrier bundle installed resulting this.

Take out the sim and put it back on..... simple

tried that many times. here are the screenshots:

tried rebooting taking sim out putting it back in. I patched the commcenter with Wortel deb and updated with tmobile legacy ipcc.

Still no networks tab or carrier 9.0.

edit:

when I browse my carrier bundles folder via iFile there isn't a plist file.
