"Gesture control" tweak caused Very interesting change in iphone4

I am on 4.3.2 with the redsnow jailbreak and all is fine except my phone.app freezes up every now and then... BUT i was reading about the multi gesture features that can be turned on and was to lazy to do the plist thing so i went on cydia and found "Gesture control" tweak which turns on the native feature..

So i installed is and it wont work has a glitch that causes the app to only switch to itself instead of to the next app inline.. which sucks so i turned it off,.,, BUT now my phone is about 20% faster / more responsive all around..!! its the oddest thing cause all apps and UI load quicker.. the only thing j noticed when i installed Gesture control is that is reset all my settings of my phone but once i got them back how i wanted the speed increase was still very evident..

Anyone else notice this??

Its only works for iPhone 4 and Lol it didn't cause 20% faster / more responsive !
Its fw 4.3.2 which is better then 4.3.1 and 4.1 so u are experiencing 20% faster / more responsive!

umm im trying t understand this part of your post..... I am on 4.3.1!!!! so why are you referring to those other OSes???

there is a speed increase since i installed this "Gesture control" tweak.. i am wondering if others noticed the same thing.

I also installed this tweak, I'm on 4.3.1 and had the same problem as stated.
After the installation process completed, reboot, then the glitch happened, so I deleted.
However, I didn't notice any speed improvement whatsoever. I guess it's because I'm on 4.3.1 and not 4.2.1.

In my own opinion, the more tweaks you have the slower your phone will function, simple!
All the libhide & pincrush stuff is retarded, all I have on my phone is FolderEnhancer, AppSync 4.x+, and BiteSMS...that's it.

For me, performance & reliability is very important therefore I only have what I need.
I don't want my phone to look all NICE & PRETTY but runs like shit.

your first post states you are on 4.3.2 and Applehacker staed this and you show quote as 4.2.1????????????????/ read the posts again and do it slow enought o see what you have put or write each one down! applehacker gave you a valid reason, he never mentioned 4.2.1...........

I'm on 4.3.1 also and installed and uninstalled Gesture Controlls. Im trying to figure out why this reset my preferences and such. Folders were all screwy (running Folder Enhancer) sounds were reset and it was a pain in the butt fixing everything.

the apps works fine on 4.3.2 and had it working on 4.3.1. you need to reboot a few time after turning it on.
