How to enable SDM to install IPAs

Hi there! I wonder how to change the directory folder for download of ipa's with safari download manager. i.e. using sdm to download into var/mobile/downloads (instead of var/mobile/library/downloads). That way I might be able to use installous to install the ipa directly. Possible?

Btw: what does partial directory folder/file do? in the var/mobile/library/downloads folder. Safe to delete it?

Great minds think alike:p

But related to our issue this is what I have just found. Post coming from the developer:
@ben : because this is a Safari extension and safari is sandboxed into ~/Library - our first choice was ~/Media/Downloads but that just isn’t possible if you’re running within Safari.

Bad news ha? But i will keep looking for a way.
