Jailbreak iOS 4.3.2 Untethered On Windows Using Sn0wbreeze 2.6 [Tutorial]

Done everything as explained and got the custom firmware.
When I tried to restore my I Iphone 3GS, itunes keeps giving the massage 'The iPhone could not be restored because the firmware is not compatible'. I am sure that I have the specific firmware from itunes.
Did anyone have the same problem?

When I connect my 3GS to itunes it gives me the following error message

"We are unable to complete activation at this time" "Please disconnect your iphone from your computer and reconnect it later and we should be able to activate it. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes"

This is after i completed my jailbreak

It doesn't activate even after hours. What is wrong?

Is it necessary to install the new iTunes? I have 10.1.1.4 and it's working fine - I'd rather not upgrade if I don't have to - I barely use iTunes for anything, and it always seems to mess up when I upgrade it.

Alternatively, can I use the "switchless" iTunes that ajua produces:

Yes....I have been using the switchless custom version of iTunes since day 1 on my purchase of iPod Touch. Just follow the instructions by ajua.

Download snowbreeze to make a custom firmware. The ultrasnow is to unlock unoffical carrier.

i followed this procedure on my factory unlocked iphone 4....all went well...but when itunes restored it to the custom firmware....it shows locked...and itunes asking to insert the sim....is that normal for a factory unlocked phone?? plz reply asap

Yep as its factory unlock you need to provide the udid to apple and they will activate officially your iphone something cap like this i don't know perfectly or you can activate via redsn0w!

again this is quoted in the application screen shown above...
if you want to jailbreak select simple or expert...

we advise you select expert...

may tell me what is the difference between simple and expert ?
