finding my ringtones with Ifile. (help)
So I currently use Ifile and Itunes to make ringtones. When I view the song in itunes, I then exit and go to my tmp folder in Ifile (like normal). I am having trouble finding the file that I listened to. I usually copy the first one, and it turns out being another song I previously listened to. I literally copied 8 different songs to finally find the song I was originally trying to download. Is there any way to specify which song it is? It is so stressful having to go through every file and guess which one is my song... There has got to be an easier way right? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are you trying to find your ringtones that you have put on your phone with iTunes or did you put them on there manually? I'm confused

I use Ifile so that I can get the ringtones for free from Itunes. Itunes has a better selection and I can do it straight from my phone. What I did was go to itunes and listen to a ringtone. It saves it to my tmp folder in ifile automatically. By going to my tmp folder I can copy the url and then paste it into safari, and download the ring tone for free.. But I was wondering if there was a simpler way to figure out what code is the song I just listened to. because it saves everything that I listened to in my temp folder so I can't easily determine which code goes to the song I want because it does not list it in order... If you need a better description please let me know.

Why not just delete everything in the TEMP folder BEFORE you listen to a song. Then once you listen to a song it will be the only one in your TEMP folder

I really like the idea of using Ifile to download ringtones but I guess once you have listened to a few and it saves it in your tmp folder that you might as well give it up.. lol. I tried clearing out the tmp folder before I listened to a song.. But right when I went back to it after listening to a song all the information was there again!! I hate having to upload my songs to zedge.com and chopping out the parts I want and then having to take the time to sync everything... If anyone can figure out a way to make it easier with Ifile please let me know.. In the mean time... I will have another sleepless night searching, Uploading, Chopping, syncing lol.

ya, or you could just reboot your phone after you do a few... that what i tell my wife to do cause its easier than having to delete that folder for her anyways... and so she doens't risk deleting soemthing she might need... just do a reboot and get back to work. this is also the method i use for getting free ringtones from itunes.

instead of rebooting!!! this will take that step away
open iFile and either u will see MediaCatch or you won't, as you see I don't
so I opened safari and went to a site and this is what happens when you do that
so instead of taking steps like rebooting which takes forever, Just use iFile and delete that mediacatch folder
also clear ur browsing history and stuff sometimes
