IPA Installation tool
Hey,
1- is there any tool to install IPA on your iPhone directly from your computer without transferring to iphone?
2- is there any tool or script to install all IPA files inside the selected folder one by one (like if you have 10 IPA files on you phone and you wanna install all without user interaction)?

you can use the installous installer....... I do not remember the path, but basically you put the deb in the download folder and install thru installous, you can also put a deb or ipa in your cydia autoinstall folder, reboot and it installs it for you

What u need is:
1. "iPhone Explorer.exe" ( http://www.macroplant.com/release/iP...orer_Setup.exe)
2. install "iFile" into yr iphone. get "ifile" thru Cydia Search or crack.
after both apps installed into yr pc & iphone, you can manually transfer IPA files thru iphone cable. Thru "iPhone Explorer" u need manualy copy and paste IPA files into dir:
----> /var/Mobile/Documents/Installous/Download
Go to Intallous > and go to tab "Download". find your IPA file and 2 times tap to install.

Doesn't iFunbox work?
There you can install IPAs one by one or a whole folder or whatever you're using.
I have no idea if it works with 4.3.3 but it's the best way to install IPAs without having to sync to iTunes in my opinion

Yes it does work for 4.3.3
It now also works from IOS 5
