i have both.
1 for gaming 1 for normal usage
none is better than the other imo
ios 5 basically add stuff from cydia app

Well iOS is already better in general... iOS 5 has tons of new features while Android is still stagnant and fragmented

IOS has to be the best.....I know lots of guys with droids that are not happy, The software doesnt always work well in different phones.
IOS is made for the iphone ONLY thats why its sooo good...

I have IOS5 & the misses has android... I do like both but my <3 is IOS.
IOS5 does look good, but once its released later this year... It will be awesome!
I'm not so hot on iCloud though but will have to see how that turns out, first impression for me is privacy as I prefer having my shit backed up on my own PC rather than a company's servers... thinking about the PS3 being hacked this year... not that I have anything to hide but what if that were to happen to Apple?

The comparison of the different OS is like a comparison of Canon and Nikon, Ford and Chevy. They essentially do the same thing but do it in a different way with different features. The best is just what suits you as a consumer the best. For me it has been iOS.

Stealing is a harsh word but I understand what you mean, apple are definitely getting ideas from the jailbreak community... Which considering they are against jail breaking... Is quite funny. I'm sure they will deny this though... ;-)

About iCloud, you know it's optional right? You can enable it, disable it completely or only use certain features. You can still backup to iTunes lol

Jail Break brings a whole new dimension to iOS. Without it one might concede that the customization available to Droid users makes 2.3 a more involving experience.
I've used a rooted HTC Desire running 2.2 and the levels and degree of customization available is ridiculous!! HTC Sense and 7 home page configuration is a complete and total overkill. I battle to find enough widgets so fill all those home pages and you end up consuming content that you iniatilly had no intention of consuming purely for the sake of utilizing all the fancy features.
Minimalistic, simplistic and intuitive is iOS by comparison and fundamentally it just makes more sense and is practical and importantly it works as the manufacturers intended it to...
So iOS5 has to be the winner...

Would you rather them not recognize the things about jailbreaking that everyone likes and go ahead and add them? Your comment doesn't make sense...I applaud Apple for at least considering somethings that go on in the hacking world and adding them for FREE to their lineup.
