New sectional rule

New rule for the device specific sections:
Any thread with a misleading title will be deleted. So a thread that's title is "How to jb itouch 4.2.1" but the reality is the op wants to know how to do it, that thread will be deleted without warning.*

- If you have a problem/question/issue/etc with a program/plugin/release/etc add your comments to the main release thread rather than making a new thread. (unless it is something that is likely a larger problem)

Example:

script error 1Channel XBMC plugin?

Find the 1Channel thread and post there rather than making a new thread.

- Want a specific program/plugin/etc? Put something like Request / REQ / [Req] / etc in the thread title. Once it has been posted the Request thread can/will be closed.

- Do NOT post just "Thanks." Hit the button instead. Threads with just "Thanks" or "Awesome" etc will be deleted.

- Have a problem with a post? Report the post by hitting the button or send me a PM and ill take a look at it.

- Have a suggestion for making this section better? Send me a PM and I'll see what i can do.
