How To get DEB files off cydia to Back up your Packages
this will be helpful to backup the stuff you download off cydia just incase they update one of your package's and you don't like the update now you can have the deb file on hand to go back to the old version

Once again, another very useful tip from jima6636! Cheers man! I will def remember this one for my next instal/upgrade. Btw, what abt the older and already installed deb files? I would like to save a copy of all my Sinful and BYI's deb files...any good tips besides reinstalling those files:S

If you want those files to permanently stay in that folder all you have to do is this:
When you are downloading the file swipe across the status bar to make SBSettings come down and hit respring while it is reloading the data after you download that package

Oh correction to what I posted yesterday. I think that Cydia likes to be gay and delete them whenever you repopen Cydia and let it load its data.

yes i too want to know how to back up the files that are already installed?? cos sometimes the updates are really gay and would like to revert back to the old file...anyone??

I use cyder 2 to backup cydia source and .deb files,this maybe useful to you.
