How to add cheats to gpsphone 7.1.3?

So i started using gpsphone like 2 days ago and i wanted to use some cheats for pokemon, yes i play pokemon but it's the first time in like 6 years so i found it somewhat fun for now. I've gone on google and tried various times with different cheats but they never work. So if anyone uses gpsphone and plays pokemon, specially emerald in this case, and uses cheats could ya help me out? thanks in advance bros.

Hi im having a similar Problem except my cheats don't enable and they don't show the name of the cheat. All it shows is the enable word. It worked fine before with the version 6.x.x but now it doesn't.

You have to rename the file to rom name.gba.cht.And you have to remove the spaces in between the codes for it to recognize the codes. although if your code takes up more than one line the second line of the code for example will read as another cheat. I will be modding the file to see if I can fix that.I found out something else as well. You no longer need to input the gameshark_v1 or PAR_v3 to make the code work just put the name of the code and put the code under the title of the code.I will add a photo below so you can see the file setup.I would but I don't know how to upload images from my iPod touch 4th gen.

I'm playing Emerald 386 and these codes work for sure. Just make sure the end of you're cht file ends ".gba.cht" you're good to go, oh and the weird thing about these is that when activated you're cash flow is infinite but once you exit the game & restart the game it will show "999999" which isn't shabby hope I can help.
