No Service 4.3.3
Hey everyone, for the past 6 days I've been trying to figure out why my ultrasn0w unlocked phone, iPhone 3GS with baseband 5.12.01, on firmware 4.3.3, out of nowhere is either displaying "No Service" or "_____ T-Mobile E". Now even though the signal bars turn into underscores and I cannot make a call, edge still works and I can go on the Internet. Also when someone calls me they say it doesn't go straight to voicemail, apparently it rings and rings then it goes to voicemail. I tried SAM, I tried restore, I tried reinstalling ultrasn0w. I took my sim out & tried it in several other T-Mobile phones & my phone worked. Here is the weird part. My girlfriend also has T-Mobile and she's using my old iPhone 2G. We swapped phones, and when her sim was in my troublesome phone, she didn't get that error once and I had great service on her phone. Im going to go get a new sim today hoping that could be it, but any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
