Icon9 iPHONE 3GS NO SERVICE, WIFI, BT AND BASEBAND

Im still in question and confused, need help here guys...

can my device be fix if i use the new and fresh IOS 5 because im still hanging and afraid that i might be kill my phone for good. The issues of my 3gs are no service, no wifi, no BT, no ICCID, no IMEI, no BASEBAND and keep on rebooting every 3-4 minutes. wud it be possible that IOS 5 fixed this problem?

Thanks and very much appreciated for your answer.

what bb do you had before? if it was 06.15 try reflashing it using redsnow, I had the same problem, ios5 messed up my bb, even though I used a custom ispw firmware and when I updated to ios5 GM I was stuck on No service.
Hit Thanks if I helped.

There could be a way but there are consequences... you can download sn0wbreeze, make a custom firmware of a firmware that you want, let's say 4.2.1 or 4.1 this are the best for 3gs at the moment, put your phone into dfu mode using iREB found in the sn0wbreeze, open itunes, shift+click restore button, select the custom firmware made using sn0wbreeze and install it. When it's done installing, use redsnow to flash the ipad baseband on your phone, IPAD baseband messes up your gps and there is no possibility to downgrade from that baseband at the current moment, also you won't ever be able to use a stock ispw firmware so be aware of the consequences, if you understood this and still want to continue, flash the ipad baseband with redsnow and jailbreak your phone. reboot and if you need an unlock ultrasn0w unlocks the 06.15 baseband and you will have a working phone, but no gps, at least for the moment, there are rumors that a downgrade option will be available soon...but there are just rumors.
Hit Thanks if I helped.

I could try that, but is 4.3.5 downgradeable? i've read that 4.3.5 in BB 6.15.00 cannot be downgrade or my phone will be dead. are this 100% working according to your procedure? i have an old bootrom. is reflashing is safe, as i've told to my first post that its still keep on rebooting.

i will try this and thanks, atleast there are people outhere who knows the issue im with.

I didn't say 4.3.5, I told you 4.2.1 or 4.1, and if you are on 4.3.5 now there should be a thread to tell you how to downgrade, also if you are on onl bootroom you can do this:
-download ios firmware
-make a custom firmware of ios5 using sn0wbreeze v2.8
-put your phone in dfu mode using iREB(sn0wbreeze)
-install itunes 10.5
-shift+click on restore in itunes
-select the custom firmware made before
-install it
-download redsnow 9.9b4 on windows or 9.9b5 on mac and jailbreak your phone using these two options (install cydia and ipad baseband) remember that ipad baseband cannot be downgraded and no gps whatsoever, at least for now
-then install ultrasn0w in cydia if you need an unlock
-because you have an old bootrom your jailbreak will be untethered.
Hope I've helped you, remember to save you shsh before doing it so using tinyumbrella.
Waiting for an answer if this worked for you.
Hit Thanks if I helped.

i'll try to downgrade first. FYI, i just restore again my phone to 4.3.5 and jailbreak to 4.3.4 and the rebooting issue fixed but stll no service, wifi and the IMEI, ICCID, and baseband still in hiding. i dont know what process i should take for now. i cant go to ios 5 since there is no wifi or network on my phone there is no use of ultasnow or cydia for now. i want to get rid of my "no service" issue first.

thanks for the info mate..

I have an old 3GS with exactly this problem.

Tried all combinations of upgrades, downgrades - ipad BB reflash. Nothing has worked for this phone.

The only suggestion for it is to send it to China to have the BB processor replaced.

I had this problem when I updated my iOS 5 to iOS 5.0.1 BETA. Downgraded to 4.3.3 using tinyumbrella with those blobs thing and then updated again to iOS 5.0. It just worked fine...

G'luck there.

Just upgrade to iOS 5 and dont be dumb. The 3GS runs iOS 5 Perfectly, and if you dont have service download ultrasn0w.
