Yes @AppleHacker bro when you double click on home button, a window appears in the bottom that wallpaper or

when you start ios5 for the first time have u ever thought of the background that wallpaper

I am really tired of googling all day

It's called FolderSwitcherBG~ipad on ipad its in /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app
