» iOS 11.3 f/Battery Health Reporting Released - Jailbreakers Stay Away
Mar 29, 2018 - 9:55 PM - by Heist
Apple releases iOS 11.3, the biggest update for iPhones since iOS 11 first launched
This is a big update, and Apple also released updates to tvOS and watchOS.

Apple released iOS 11.3 to all supported devices, including the iPad Air and later, the iPad mini 2 and later, the iPhone 5S and later, and the sixth-generation iPod touch. The update is available for download now in supported regions.

With several new features, it's arguably the biggest update to iOS since iOS 11 first released. iOS 11.3 addresses battery-based performance throttling on older devices, adds significant new capabilities for augmented reality, adds the ability to chat with customer support reps from companies in Messages, and lets users access their personal health records in the Health app.

Apple also released smaller updates for tvOS... [Read More]

Patches were ported from h3lix rather than updated from Yalu - didn't analyse the true reach of that, but doubleH3lix has no TouchID and debugserver/Xcode issues. Also, works on a broader range of

» SaurikIT- Speaks on New - Cydia and Electra (read it)
Feb 27, 2018 - 7:27 AM - by Mr.x

Interesting . This new build of apt7-lib, btw, is for people running official releases of Cydia on iOS 2.0-10.3, and fixes--for users of iOS 5.0 and above (as earlier versions fundamentally did not have the underlying software support)--the TLS 1.2 issues people have been running into, thanks to some very appreciative help from thekirbylover (who figured out that the reason none of my previous attempts to fix this ever worked was because Apple had a "quirks mode" check in their code to see which version of the compiler you were using to compile your executable: they essentially do this really weird and annoying thing that is reminiscent of Internet Explorer "DOCTYPE sniffing", which I have so far never seen improve compatibility: it always just breaks things... I really wish I knew where it helped :/). He contacted me earlier this evening, and I stayed up super late to... [Read More]

» greeng0blin Jailbreak for tvOS 10.2.2 Released

A few weeks ago @NitoTV posted on twitter that with @Jaywalker's help they successfully ported @StickTron's g0blin iOS 10.3.X JB to work with tvOS 10.2.2. Surprisingly this firmware is still being signed by Apple as of right now. You can downgrade/upgrade/restore without errors using iTunes and a downloaded tvOS 10.2.2 .ipsw.

» Are Your App Store Apps Crashing?
Jan 19, 2018 - 3:03 AM - by (-•SiNfulSS•-)

Did your App Store Apps just start crashing recently? Do you have iAPCrazy2 installed on your device? If you answered YES to both those questions then the solution to your problem is to Uninstall iAPCrazy2 from your device.

This just started happening withing the last 24 hours so I think it has something to do with some kind of certificate or something that has now expired. As of right now the latest version of iAPCrazy2 that is available is v2.0.19 so hopefully the dev's will release an update with a fix. In the meantime, if you want to continue to use your App Store Apps, you need to either uninstall iAPCrazy2, or you can manually disable the Mobile Substrate dylib by going into "/Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries" and renaming "iAPCrazy.dylib" to "iAPCrazy.dylib.disabled".

If you lack enemies, you're not doing something worthwhile!

» Preserve Your Jailbreakable iOS :: Block Aggressive OTA Forced Update
Jan 17, 2018 - 4:26 AM - by Heist
Apple’s overnight iOS upgrade push has become far too aggressive in iOS11

Several members have reported waking up to find that their device upgraded to a non-jailbreakable OS while they were sleeping without their consent or confirmation.

Unlike previous versions of iOS, there’s no way to turn off or even fully ignore an upgrade request (demand) from Apple. Your device will periodically fill the screen with a pop-up and force you to make confirmation action with only two options: Install or Later. Ignore / Cancel / No Thank You are decidedly not options.

One accidental press could be fatal. And now it seems even going to sleep after denying the upgrade is fatal to your jailbreak.

If you have a pending OTA update showing up on your device, you need to first remove it by navigating to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage and then selecting Manage Storage from under Storage and then locating
