RIGHT now this is only for

» Apple iOS 10.2.1 Is Now Available: What Is Included In The Update?
Jan 23, 2017 - 12:15 PM - by Mr.x
Apple iOS 10.2.1 Is Now Available: What Is Included In The Update?

Today Apple has released iOS 10.2.1, which comes about 42 days after iOS 10.2 was released. The description of the update simply says that it includes bug fixes and security improvements for the iPhone or iPad so it is easy to tell that this is a minor update. The first iOS 10.2.1 beta was released on December 14th followed by a second beta on December 20th, a third beta on January 9th and a fourth beta on January 12th.

Most likely, this update fixes certain issues that were encountered following the release of iOS 10.2. iOS 10.2 included new wallpapers for the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, a new TV app, new Messages effects, new Camera settings, a new Videos app widget, and 100 new emoji characters based on Unicode 9.0.

I suspect that the 10.2.1 update... [Read More]

» Cydia beta for iOS 10.1.x jailbreak released
Dec 30, 2016 - 9:39 AM - by That bloke
Thursday saw the release of a new build of Cydia from its creator Jay Freeman (Saurik). Coming in at version 1.1.28, the build is marked as a beta, designed for use with the fledgling iOS 10.1.x jailbreak from Luca Todesco.

Although I still do not recommend the average user to jailbreak with Yalu for 10.1.x, those who are confident doing so and have already taken the plunge may find this Cydia release improves their experience running the jailbreak slightly.

Due to the early stage of development of the 10.1.x jailbreak, it is inherently unstable and one part of this, though by no means the largest, was that Cydia had not received any tailoring to work with it until now. Yalu seems to do some things differently from previous tools, and as a result users had been reporting various bugs with the package installer. These ranged from messages warning that the program was 32-bit and might slow down their device, to the inability to select anything within the... [Read More]

» Prometheus Released (Downgrade / Upgrade iOS With SHSH2 Blobs)
Dec 28, 2016 - 9:59 PM - by SupahHollywood
You can now download Prometheus tool to downgrade or upgrade unsigned iOS firmware version with saved SHSH2 blobs.

Tihmstar, who happens to be the developer behind the tool, has also released detailed videos showing the step by step instructions on how to go about using his tool to downgrade or upgrade a compatible iPhone, iPad or iPod touch device running on an unsigned iOS firmware version.

Before you go ahead and check out those videos though, go through the following points to see what exactly you will need in order to make use of Prometheus.
  • You can use Prometheus only if you have SHSH2 blobs saved for the unsigned firmware you are downgrading or upgrading to.
  • If you don’t have SHSH2 blobs saved for the unsigned firmware you want to downgrade or upgrade to, you can no longer do so as Apple has closed the signing window.
  • If you want to save SHSH2 blobs for a firmware Apple is still signing,

This thread is more a request for those who didn't updated their profile info since a while.

Be kind and update your profile info (ios version, device info mostly)
because it 's there with a reason and most of the time it 's confusing
when some of you asks for help or in many other situations.
